We must ensure that you are who you say you are and that you are a serious, ready and willing prospective buyer. 2) You are able to store your search parameters so that future searches are quick and easy. 3) You may request instant eMail notification about new listings that meet your search criteria. 4) You may use other for-fee services on our site (when you provide us with billing information) such as Foreclosure Auction Calendar, Credit Reports, Property Data Records, and Comprehensive Market Analysis etc.

What geographic area is serviced by BostonRealEstate.com?
We are the most comprehensive source of listings for residential property in Massachusetts. We receive daily information
from the three largest Multiple Listing Services (MLS) in Massachusetts. The market area of BostonRealEstate.com is the entire state of Massachusetts. We are willing and able to show you any Listed Property that is displayed in your search results. We do not include property from other states in our database.
I am interested in signing up for several For-Fee Services. How do I pay for them? How am I billed?
BostonRealEstate.com offers numerous services that are available to our clients for a small feed.
Depending on the Service you request, you may be billed the same amount each month, OR you may be
billed per occurrence. For instance:Foreclosure Auction Calendar: Once you sign-up for this service, you are billed $50 a month until you discontinue the service. Our billing period begins the first day of the month. If you register in the middle of a month, we pro-rate the charges for the remainder of the first month at $1.75/day, and beginning charging you $50 at the beginning of the second month. We charge your credit card, unless you have made other billing arrangements. Credit Reports: We charge $3.95 each time you request a credit report. You credit card will be billed at the end of the month for the total number of credit reports requested during that month.
I want to discontinue receiving access to the Foreclosure Auction Calendar. How do I do this?
Send an email to information@bushari.com and we will discontinue the monthly charges for the auction calendar. Note that we charge for the full month. If you call on the 10th of the month, you will be charged the full rate for the current month.
I no longer need to run Credit Reports. How do I discontinue this service?
There is no monthly fee for access to the credit reports. You are only charged for the reports you run. Therefore, if you don’t run the credit reports, you have, in effect, discontinued the service. However, if you want to remove your name from our list of authorized users, send an email to information@bushari.com and we will remove your name from the list.
What is the difference between a discount brokerage, unbundled fees-for-services and a traditional brokerage?
Unbundled services provide you with what you need, when you need it, the fees are based on fair value for the services you use. Discount brokers provide services at an overall lower price hoping to work with volume quantities of consumers. There may be exclusions and gaps in the services provided. A traditional brokerage represents the seller.
The fee is calculated as a percentage of the sales price. |
